Tech: iPod not showing up?
If you have one of the newer iPods that only come with an USB cable, you may have problems getting it to work with your Mac. As it turns out, using the USB cable with a Mac requires you to have at least Mac OS X 10.3.4. So keep up with those software updates.posted by Jambo Consulting at 12:52 PM
