New Sober Worm infecting PCs
A new version of the Sober worm is making its way onto Windows PCs, already infecting PC users in Europe. The worm masks itself as a bounced (undelivered) email message, and waits for unsuspecting users to click a file attachment (in .zip, .bat, .com, .scr., or .pif).Mac users need not to worry unless you read your emails from a mail client in Virtual PC. Even then it will only infect the VPC environment, and not the host Mac OS X.

MyDoom virus is back
A new variant of the infamous MyDoom virus is wrecking havoc on Windows systems. Worse yet, Microsoft is not able to release a patch to counter this threat in its latest patch cycle because the virus was discovered too late.Windows users should be on the lookout. Mac users, you have nothing to worry about.
