Sin-Jou Chang worked in an Atlanta financial firm and Chrysler-Taiwan before founding Jambo Consulting, serving as president of the company. She earned her MBA (specialization in international business) from University of South Carolina and master's of science in computer information systems from Georgia State University. She's also an alumnus of Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science in management and bachelor of science in international affairs, and member of the Atlanta Mac Users Group. She also volunteers for teaching Sunday school and web design for her church.

Edward Chen worked as a systems administrator in several Atlanta Internet and online media companies before founding Jambo Consulting. With extensive technical background in UNIX, Linux, Windows, and Mac OS, as well as various networking technologies, Edward serves as the company's chief technologist. He's an Apple Consultants Network member, Atlanta Mac Users Group member, and works closely with the local Apple Stores and computer user groups. He's also actively involved in Habitat for Humanity charities and partnerships with other local non-profit organizations.

Eugene Liu entered the telecommunications and contact center industry as a systems integrator and applications developer. He holds a master's degree in computer information systems from Georgia State University, and bachelor of science in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology. After using Macs and the defunct Newton PDA for the first time as a student at Georgia Tech, he was inspired by the exceptional engineering to empower the user - an underlying facet in founding Jambo Consulting. He's a member of the Atlanta Mac Users Group and volunteers as a Sunday school teacher and computer technician for his church.
